Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel's food production kitchen
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented according to established standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and dishwashers
- Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and preferences of guests
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within a hotel or food production setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a food service setting
