We are seeking a dedicated Crew Member to join our team in a busy bakery inside The Friary Guildford. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks within the store and front of house, contributing to the smooth operation of the establishment.
Responsibilities
- Support the production within the bakery
- Aid in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the store
- Assist with serving customers and upselling menu items
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards
- Manage time efficiently to meet service demands
Qualifications
- Experience in a restaurant or bakery environment is advantageous
- Proficiency in basic maths for handling transactions
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
