In the first half of this course, we will look at ‘Gothick’ style design, then onto the Neo-Gothic designs of Augustus W N Pugin and through to a selection of examples featuring High Victorian Gothic architecture. In the second half, we will look at church stained glass windows covering the period 1820 – 2020. Featuring local churches together with some outstanding examples from further afield.
