These yoga classes are suitable for absolute beginners, those returning after a break, and anyone who would like to revisit the basics and build confidence in the fundamental postures.
The course includes breathwork, meditation, sun salutations, key standing, seated and lying poses and balances.
Please bring your own mat, plus any yoga props (blocks, bricks, straps, blankets) and some water. Wear comfortable breathable layers and non-slips socks or bare feet.
Please notify the tutor of any health conditions that may impact your yoga practice. Modifications will be offered where appropriate.
