My name is Ravindran Binuraj known as Ravi. I am an award winning chef based in London. I have worked with many Michelin star restaurants like Zaika, Tamarind, Cinnamon Club etc.

I am the National Curry Chef award winner conducted by BBC and FSA. I started two restaurants of my own in London which got numerous accolades from acclaimed food critics like Fay Maschler, Charles Campion, Victoria Prever, Matthews Table,Time Out etc. At Raviz in Guildford, we are trying to introduce a different concept in Indian dining which is alien to the Guildfordians.Unlike other Indian restaurants, we will introduce a short menu with some games like Ostrich , Venison, Pigeon, Foie Gras etc. We will be introducing a cheaper lunch menu as well for the office workers and the staff working in the shops!
