What is a board games cafe? Imagine a normal cafe but with a twist – our walls are decked with over 400 board games! A cover charge of £6 per person reserves your table for 3 hours, gives you access to our library of games, and the knowledge and expertise of our Games Gurus.

Game Gurus will recommend board games based on your interests, party size, experience and time availability. They’ll then set up the game, and run you through the rules in a fun and understandable way. Basically, we do the boring stuff, you do the fun stuff – playing!

At Unplug + Play, we cater for everyone; families and children, groups of friends curious about a new activity, hardcore board game hobbyists, Dungeons & Dragons adventurers, and everyone in between.
