A creative community in the heart of Guildford

Our ethos is to create an inspiring and inclusive space for all to be creative and grow their artistic disciplines and businesses. New House Art Space was earmarked for demolition.

In late 2021 the team behind The Boileroom Music and Art Studios took on the building. During the next few months the building was refurbed to accommodate 20 artist studios as well as a new foyer, reception, gallery for rent, and art exhibition / creative workshop space.

Gallery A contemporary and versatile space suitable for a multitude of functions, the gallery is available to hire for both events and exhibitions.

Ideal for functions, conferences, talks and seminars, workshops, classes, pop-ups, meetings, training days, team building or away days, rehearsals, performances, and photoshoots.

Frida’s Coffee House Inspired by the charm of our founder's French bulldog, Frida, our coffee bar offers specialty coffee, delicious pastries, and paninis.

Our space doubles as a cozy workspace and social hub. Join us for monthly art exhibitions, and make Frida's your haven for great coffee and delightful moments.
